Kelly Chang Rickert is the founder of Law and Mediation Offices of Kelly Chang, an adoption and family law firm.
Kelly routinely appears as a family law expert on television/radio. Her children’s books, Two Adventures With Mom and Dad and Hope’s Broken Snow Globe, were both Amazon #1 best‑sellers and #1 New Releases in the Children’s Marriage and Divorce Books category.
Kelly has been practicing law since 2000. She is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist.
Adoption Coordinator
Erica is our dedicated adoption coordinator. She is blessed to have 2 cousins through adoption. Erica is a current doctoral candidate studying Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about mental health and helping others. She loves to hike and travel, always ready to take on a new experience.
Legal Assistant
Nancy is our legal assistant. She graduated from USC (but we don’t hold that against her), and has a Psy D from APU. Nancy loves all animals, especially her dog Bruno.
